New Patients - First VisitYour first visit takes about 45 minutes to an hour. If you'd like to fill out the Chiropractic Registration and History Form before you come to the appointment, print the front and back of the form (which are below) and bring them with with you!
What to Expect - You remain completed dressed for all visits. During your visit we'll talk in detail about past and present problems, complaints, and lifestyle. I'll preform a chiropractic exam that will help determine where the problems in your spine are located and then if I think it's necessary, x-rays will be ordered. If you've had x-rays prior to your visit you should bring them with you so we can go over |

them. All of the information I gather in this first visit will be taken into consideration when I form your treatment plan. All your questions and concerns will be addressed before treatment begins. Your specific issue may be able to be rectified in your first visit but it usually takes at least a few visits to get your body back in balance. Medium to severe issues will take additional visits in order to continually encourage your body to stay in alignment.
