Meet Dr. Denise Miranda |
My journey to become a chiropractor began after I personally experienced just how debilitating low back pain could be. An injury left me in pain and searching for answers on how I could end the pain cycle.
Recovering from my injury took a few years because countless doctor's appointments did very little for my pain and left me still suffering. Finally, a family friend took me to see a local chiropractor and after a few treatments, the pain finally came to an end. |
That's when my interest in treating pain using chiropractic techniques became more than a passing curiosity, it became my passion. I knew I wanted to help people like me get rid of their life altering pain. So I headed back to school and earned my doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in Marietta, Georgia. I graduated in 1999 and moved to Alexandria, Virginia to join my family's Chiropractic practice. During my 2 years of practice there, I got extensive experience working with a variety of different patients including children, athletes and prenatal women.
After the birth of my first son, in 2001, my husband and I decided to move back to Central New York to be closer to our families. In 2002, I opened Trinity Chiropractic which is currently located in East Syracuse, (5900 N. Burdick Street - you can find me in Suite 205). In 2004, my youngest son was born. My family keeps me centered and their continued support allows me to give my all to my patients (friends) at Trinity. If you're looking for a chiropractor that's committed to getting you better and that will make you feel more like a friend than "patient #4 on Tuesday", give me a call and schedule an appointment. I promise I'll do everything I can to eliminate your pain and increase the balance in your life.
